Tip: The fastest way from Kyoto Station is the JR Sagano Line to Nijo Station (approx. 6 mins). It is a 10-minute walk from the station to Suzaku Kikyo-an.
The entrance door lock uses a PIN code. We have sent it to you by email in advance. If you don’t know the code, please ask the person who made the reservation. For security reasons, our staff may not be able to provide the code.
We use an electronic door lock system. The PIN code is sent to the email address registered at the time of booking. If you enter the wrong code multiple times, the anti-tampering function will activate and the keypad will be locked for a few minutes. Please be careful.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. If you smoke, please do so in the garden. (No ashtray is provided.)
This property is located in a residential area. Please do not do anything that may disturb neighbors. If we receive a complaint, we may ask you to leave the property.
Please separate your trash into “burnable waste” and “recyclables” (such as PET bottles and cans). Our staff will collect the trash, so please leave it as is or place it near the entrance. Please do not put it outside.
If there is a fire, first ensure your safety. Then call 119. If it is safe to do so, use the fire extinguisher to put out the fire temporarily. In case of a medical emergency, please also call 119. If the power goes out, please check the circuit breaker. There is also a gas shut-off breaker. If needed, please follow the instructions on the URL below to restore it. If you cannot restore it, please contact us.
