Tip: From Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Subway Line to "Gojo" or "Shijo" Station. If you have heavy luggage, a taxi from the Kyoto Station Central Exit is recommended (approx. 10 mins).
The entrance door lock uses a PIN code. We have sent it to you by email in advance. If you don’t know the code, please ask the person who made the reservation. For security reasons, our staff may not be able to provide the code.
We use an electronic door lock system. The PIN code is sent to the email address registered at the time of booking. If you enter the wrong code multiple times, the anti-tampering function will activate and the keypad will be locked for a few minutes. Please be careful.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. If you smoke, please do so in the garden. (No ashtray is provided.)
This property is located in a residential area. Please do not do anything that may disturb neighbors. If we receive a complaint, we may ask you to leave the property.
Please separate your trash into “burnable waste” and “recyclables” (such as PET bottles and cans). Our staff will collect the trash, so please leave it as is or place it near the entrance. Please do not put it outside.
